pants: Deprecate the `dependencies` alias in favor of `target`

Deprecate the `dependencies` alias in favor of `target`, as discussed at https://groups.google.com/d/topic/pants-devel/F9eRdBXB8Lo/discussion Was going to add the other validation in the same review but ran out of time today. This change seems useful independently though.
Replaced all instances of 'dependencies' in pants own BUILD files, but not in tests. Passes ci.sh. Outputs the following warning: WARNING:root:For src/java/com/pants/testproject/proto-ordering:proto-ordering : The alias 'dependencies(..)' has been deprecated in favor of 'target(..)'
In src/python/pants/backend/core/tasks/builddictionary.py , search for "Old name". You'll see how we have those things to help folks figure out "what happened to scala_tests?. Maybe add an entry like that for dependencies.
