During a jvm compile, include a running count in the printed log.

When compiling thousands of jvm partitions, it's easy to lose track of how far along the compile is. Being able to estimate the progress with a glance is frequently helpful.
./pants compile examples/tests/java::, it now looks like:... [ 7/20] Compiling 1 zinc source in 1 target (examples/src/java/org/pantsbuild/example/hello/greet:greet).
