They should never be needed by end users (but reviewers - please
double-check that assertion for your orgs for each option here...)
There may even be a couple more flags we can make advanced
(such as --time, thoughts?)
This makes the global `./pants help` output nice and short instead
of an obnoxious wall of text that won't fit on a screen.

This should be advanced once we get colors right - but I don't think we're there yet; ie: we should be able to detect a terminal and its capabilities or psuedo-caps (DUMB) and do the right thing. Although I may be assuming its reasonable that someone who does not want colors - even with a color-capable terminal, would want no colors globally and configure something like DUMB vs. singling out pants to be non-colorful with a cli option.
This is probably advanced.
For another RB, but I think this is actually a dead option. Its used once here but should not be: https://github.com/pantsbuild/pants/blob/master/src/python/pants/backend/python/tasks/python_task.py#L43-43 That should be using PythonSetup.
