Correctly classify files as resources or classes

r/2451 began to collect all compile outputs into the cache and to products, but it was incorrectly classifying annotation-processor generated resources as classes. Later, junit would fail to treat the non-class file as a classfile.
This change correctly classifies resources vs classes.
