How does the free trial work?
When you sign up for a team account, the first 60 days are free. If you choose to cancel within this period, your credit card will never be charged.
Can I change plans later?
You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time.
What types of payment do you accept?
We accept internationally-issued Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and JCB cards. We can also accept purchase orders on an annual basis.
Are there any other fees?
In many locations, the subscription is the only charge for RBCommons. For customers in the EU who have not supplied us with their tax ID, VAT will be added on to the subscription.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
If you cancel your team account, we'll delete all your stored data immediately. If you want a backup of your data before you cancel, contact us at support@beanbaginc.com prior to cancelling.
What if none of these plans suit me?
Contact us at support@beanbaginc.com if you have needs that aren't covered by these plans. We can support anything from a custom-tailored plan for your organization to dedicated servers with a secure connection into your firewall.
You can also install Review Board in your own network and keep things running smoothly with a support contract and a license for Power Pack (supporting all of the repositories and integrations offered by RBCommons, plus additional features like PDF Document Review and Reports).
